little white pimples

i noticed about a month ago two little red dots on the top of my pubic area, so i popped them and they went away, now i have about 20-30 of these pimple like bumps popping up, and spreading around it seems, when you pop them theres a little white ball that comes out, and they start to bleed. i have no money and am jobless. very worried about this, i've had about 12 sexual partners, my last girlfriend said she got tested and had hpv. we had sex everyday. and im 19. i dont know what to do?
