lotrimin ultra isn't working?

i have been using this cream for about 3-4 weeks and it isn't working so far. i dont have hiv or anything, i took and std test and doc suggested me to use lotrimin ultra. is there any other over the counter cream i can use or suggestions?? please help! this infection is getting on my last nerve!!! thank u.

If lotrimin isn't working, you should see your doctor.  He/she can culture the area and find out exactly what is causing this, and what medications work best for it.
