lower abdominal pain ---> STDs ???

Hello all,

I am male and I had protected oral sex 12 weeks ago with CSW and I tested for everything (Gono, Chlamydia, Syphilis, HIV, Hep B&C, Herpes 1&2) last week and all came back NEGATIVE. But I didn't test for NGU. For the last 1 week or so, I have a lower abdominal pain that is always constant and occasionally I feel a sharp pain (for 5 sec) on my tip of penis. It subsided afterwords and come back in couple of hours. I dont have a clear discharge or pain while urinating or itching. One more thing i noticed recently is, my urethra (tip of penis) is little inflammed with small dark black circle around the opening of my penis.

1. Does this sounds like NGU/UTI/Trich?
2. Can i ruled out Herpes, I heard that herpes test is conclusive after 4 months period.
3. Do you guys want me to take another Herpes test in 2-4 weeks period?
4. This is certainly NOT anxiety driven, i am pretty sure.

She did answer your questions...you had no risk for STD's. No reason to specifically answer questions when the answer is the same...no risk.

Hi,
After this incident, 1-2 weeks later, I have started some weird symptoms in my mouth. I didn't have any fever blisters or sores in my mouth, but small cracks(like 1mm wide) in my lower lips, (around 2 to 3). It goes away in 2days without any treatment. In the last 3 months, it came back again in 4 or 5 times. All the time i noticed this small cracks when I eat some spicy foods. I don't feel pain at all. but when I touch these small cracks with my tongue, it irritates me.

1) Is this a oral herpes or food allergic? I tested NEGATIVE for HSV1 using herpes select at 11 weeks.
2) What are the chances this will change to POSITIVE in 4-5 weeks time period?

you never needed any testing.  You certainly do not need more herpes testing either.

if you have anal pain, be seen and get a proper work up to see if you have hemorrhoids going  on.

Hi Vance,

I dont have an abdominal pain now, but i feel some pain in my anus area. I dont see any blisters or pump but i feel some pain. It started yesterday.

I dont know what is happening with me.. I dont have a consistent symptoms. All the symptoms comes and stays for couple of days and go..

I have tested for herpes after 12 weeks, do i need further testing for herpes in another 2-4 weeks?

you had protected oral sex. you didn't get a std. there wasn't any need for any testing.

Hello, I also forgot to add one more thing..If you dont have a symptoms of NGU/Trich within 3 weeks but if you had NGU, what kind of physical effects do you have in your body?
