m.genetalium risk..?

Hi. I'm a 31 y.o. Male in Europe.
6 weeks ago I was an idiot again. I a csw. I got a brief protected bj, fingered her deeply, 5 min of protected vag.
Then I quickly removed protection and finished of by hand, came on her back.  Same hand I used on her.
There was never direct contact of mucus membranes.

One month later I got mild pain in left testicle, came and went, it might have been a litle swollen and red (maybe) but not warmer than the other. Forced my selfe to masturbate without erection, next two Days I had  a few redpatches on the head of penis, went away on its own. Some days later I started feeling some discomfort on head of penis and some in uthera ( itching, mild burning). Pain in testicle is gone, but comes around now and then. I have also for the last 9 days had frequent urge to urinate (no pain) but slight burning in uthera after urinating. I also have weak pressure when urinating., feels like there is always some ruin left when I finished urinating. The urge is not there when I get up in the morning, but slowly comeson during afternoon and gets worse throughout the day. I go to the bathroom maybe 10 times a day. I also got tiny discharge a drop or so, but this I have to milk out, the discharge does not smell and its either clear or grey like precum.
I might add that I have always had a lie discharge after heavy bowel movement.

I tested negative 2 times for clam and gon. PCR realtime (5weeks after incident).
There is no pain when ejaculating.

I love my wife deeply, and I am so scared that I might have given her mycoplasma genitalium.

Thankful for expert replies.

Studies are not conclusive but the one study done shows that using condoms reduces the infection rate by fifty% compared to non condom use.
This is a fairly new discovered std and a special test is required. But the usual symptoms is urethra irritation. I believe as Vance, that when the studies are complete, condom use will prevent infection.

My best suggestion is to pay and post in the expert forum. I don't know much about it but I don't believe what you read is correct.

Thank you Vance for the quick reply.
I read online on multiple sites that mycoplasma genetalium is so small that it penetrates condom, I also read that condoms don't protect well agains m. Genetalium. There is also the fact that I had vaginal fluids on my hand when I removed the condom and masturbated when finishing.

I have been and still am so anxious and terrified..!

I do not really see a STD risk.
