mild burning on the penis tip

i have had 3 physical relationship in last one year. since last 4-5 months i have very mild burning on the tip of the penis . some time back  i was tested with a STD, i dont know the name exacting  (there was white puss coming out with lot of burning  ). but with the medicine it was cured.
this time when i went to meet the doctor so he said that this some yeast or something of that kind. after taking medicine i was ok. but then after few weeks the burning started again and this time there was 2-3 red patches on the tip of penis. then after taking the medicine it was healed. but the mild burning is  an ON-OFF feature.
i am afraid that i have got something serious. please help me what should i do to get over it.....

You need to return to your provider for further evaluation. Perhaps your original infection wasn't completely treated or it could be something else going on.
