mixed symptoms// syphilis-hiv possible?

Hey everyone, heres my situation.... (I am going tomorrow to see a family doctor for physical and blood tests, but the tests will be about a week so I could use some feedback here to get me thru.)
4 weeks ago tonight, I became sexually active for the first time. It was my first time with a girl, and the only time... inactive since. I began with the condom, however it broke, and although I replaced it, we later ended up going without it after we took a break.
Since then, everything seemed dandy and fine despite spending the first week afterwards fairly worried, until this past monday. I wake up, and the underside of the penis high up just where the scar from circumcision is and another spot slightly lower down on the shaft also on the underside, was a little itchy and pink. there was a small bump (i figured genital warts at first) and two small indentations that were the normal skin tone about 2 mm wide or less (very very small). the redness and itching very quickly stopped after putting some lotion on it, but the dents and bump stayed. I spent the rest of the day in a COMPLETE panic, micro analyzing every little feeling and spot on my body. I have some what would be called "beauty marks" or moles on my body... small round flat black // brown spots, and I think a new one appeared to the left of my belly button so that scared the hell out of me. I then thought later i had grown like 10 more later when i fully examined myself in the mirror, but i wrote down where they all were and since then there have been no additions so I think they were there before, I just never noticed.
***note, ever since day 1, between the cold, anxiety, not eating enough and for 2 of the days being dehydrated, i have felt weak and low on energy. I have been more or less sleeping enough, but needed to eat more. ate alot of fruits and salad to boost my immune system, but not much heavy main course food at all.
Day 2, I wake up and have a cold..... I had been fighting getting one for the past 3 days, but I woke up with mild sore throat, cough, perhaps fever, and runny nose. Again freaked out even more, and emailed my MD from home with my symptoms. throughout the day had anxiety attack, thought I had caught HIV etc.... very unpleasant day.
Day 3 s, I felt much less stressed, and my cold was much much better, just feeling weak still and possible very light fever. About 30 minutes after waking up the 2cnd joint of my 4th finger on my hand became very itchy and about 7 or 8 closely packed very small raised clear colored tiny palpules emerged, very much similar to early poison ivy. did not spread or change color or pop. still here on day 4, not itchy though after the first 4 hrs after obtaining them though. Sore throat okay, no cough, very little blowing nose. however after laying in bed for a few hrs doing research on STD's and watching a movie, noticed a rash on the groin line between right leg and pelvis.... darkish red in the epicenter of the round part, and there was a pink red line going up and down following the fold of the body where the leg meets the body. After much anxiety and thinking, I figured it was just a sore from laying down so many hrs,and tried to pass it off as such. After staying fairly active away from the computer the rash seemed much better, and was smaller, and all light pink, no dark red at all.
Day 4.... today. still weak, and had a mild fever all day but went about and did my things. No cough, sore throat or runny nose.... ate in the afternoon and again a small dinner in the evening. Felt hungry alot of the time, but not many things available sounded at all appetizing so just didnt eat as much as I would have if I was at home. Night comes, classes are finished and I go to check the rash. Looks just okay, a little better maybe then when I first noticed it, but more or less same. HOWEVER.... on the LEFT side, there is a larger, very red and indented sore, looks just like a syphilis cancre in shape and color, its lower down past the testicles but still on the join of leg to body.... say between end of testicles and the taint. It is deep red, but not itchy.... very irritated and uncomfortable to touch though. No raised bumps, rash, anything anywhere else on my body.
**the bump and indentations on my penis are still there, not red, but the indentations have grown a slight amount. bump the same.**
The girl I was with said she had been with two guys before, one long term relationship and a relationship over the summer. Told me she never before had had unprotected sex before this, but Im really not buying that one. She says she never ever had anything, and definitely doesn't but she could totally be in the window period still from the summer fling (with a black guy [not being racist by any means by that, purely speaking by HIV risk factors]) So this was a *fairly* low risk encounter, however definitely still risk.
So according to the facts given (I think I have been as exact as possible here) what do you guys think I could possibly have here, and do you think I am at risk for HIV?? HIV is the one thing that I am petrified of catching... I can deal with any of the others even Herpes but I am not strong enough to deal with HIV at this point in my life. What do these symptoms sound suggestive of to you folks? I thank you all if you have taken the time to read through this whole essay, and even more gratitude if you are taking the time to respond with helpful information or suggestions.
**P.S.... No discharge of the penis, pain of the testicles, painful urination. have not ejaculated in 9 days or so but before then never painful.

Your best bet is to get tested. If you are having that many symptoms I wouldn't take my chances waiting any longer.
