multiple symptoms. need advice

Hello. I am a 20 year old male and for the past month I have been having quite a few troublesome symptoms. Exactly 3 months ago I had a sexual encounter and had received oral sex for about 10 sec, from a female i did not mutually know. A couple of days after this encounter i had started to feel some pain in my groin area and also noticed that a part of my eye had turned red. I went to the doctor and he gave me antibiotics. These symptoms than went away soon after. 2 months after, i started to re-feel the pain in my groin area and also felt it in my scrotum. I was also starting to feel really tired and weak, with muscle pains and muscle spasm. I than decided to see the doctor (whom was another doctor from previously mentioned since i was out of the original country). He took a look and prescribed me some anitbiotics and told me to wear some briefs to support my testicules so that it would ease the pain. After 2 weeks of the antibiotics the pain had mildly subsided and was still feeling the previously mentioned symptoms along with headaches now. I went back to the same doctor again 2 weeks after, and he re-prescribed me some stronger antibiotics. I have now finished these antibiotics but am not feeling any better, and still having the same symptoms with even more symptoms such as a tiny discharge only in the mournings and sometimes dicomfort in my urethra. I would like some advice on what this could be.

Thank you.

No I haven't done a prostate exam. I am currently waiting to go back home from abroad in order to get this taken care of. I will suggest my urologist to conduct the prostate exam and an ultrasound.
Tank you

The discharge in the mornings isn't alarming in and of itself, but with the other symptoms, it could be prostatitis.

Has your urologist done a prostate exam?

hello again. I am still having many of the symptoms i had before and wanted your advice on whether this could be prostatitis or epididimytis. These symptoms are a come and go pain to my right testicule in the epididyme region and groin along with a come and go irritation at the tip of my penis and what appears to be a pre-semen discharge in the mornings.
Thank You.

Ofloxacin will cure gonorrhea and chlamydia, depending on the dose.

Its also quite possible you have something going on that is totally unrelated to sex.

I have now seen a urologist whom gave me a form to take for ultrasound to see what is goin on for my testicular pain. I have another question though. I have been currently feeling a burning/itching sensation at the tip of my penis and was wondering what it could be. 1 month ago, when i saw my doctor for possible std infection, i got antibiotics (ofloxacin) and wanted to know if i did have an std relating to itching/burning sensation of the penis such as chlamydia gonorhea, could it be possible that the antibiotic did not kill the virus?

Yes, your gonorrhea and chlaymida results could have been affected by the antibiotics.  Syphilis, HIV and herpes would not have been.  That's why we said you need to wait 2 weeks after taking the antibiotics to test.

HOWEVER, you received 10 seconds of oral sex.  This is incredibly low risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, syphilis.  It is NO risk for HIV, or any of the hepatitis viruses.

I'm not saying that you don't have an infection.  If you do, its NOT from this encounter.

Thank you. I decided to switch doctors because the previous one i was going to didn't seem to really be interested in my case. I wanted to know though... the std tests i have taken were done while i was on antibiotics (syphilis, gonnorhea, chlamydia). Could this have an impact on the accuracy of the results? I also took some other std tests (HIV and herpes 1&2) 4 days after being on the antibiotics. Would the results from that be accurate?

Sounds like something's definitely going on with you, but I'm not sure what.  Like auntiejessi said, I would immediatly get tested when you're body is clear of the antibiotics.

Also, though it could be a bit pricey, I would recommend an herbalist if all else fails.

Good luck man.

yes i have taken tests for chlamydia, gonnorhea, and syphilis, but am still waitig for the results. I am going to go back to see my doctor this week and also take tests for HIV, herpes and possibly hepathitis. I am just worried that these symptoms have come up 2 months after sexual encounter and cant figure out what it might be or if it might be irrelevant to STD's.

Has anyone done any tests on you?  You need to have testing done, instead of everyone just giving you more meds.

I would wait a couple weeks from the last time you took the antibiotics, and ask for std testing and a prostate exam.
