I have had unprotected sex within the last three weeks. Now everytime I ejaculate, soon after, the inside of my penis feels uncomfortable for about one hour. Do you think this could be an S.T.D

Does not sound like a STD, but ever unprotected encounter does run a risk of aquiring a STD. I would advise on getting STD testing done.
