need advice

I received unprotected oral sex from a girl who i had no business getting with because she gets around.  I woke up the morning after and noticed that my left index finger, which i had inserted in her vagina, was red around a small cut and had a terrible odor to it.  About 3 weeks later i felt a sensation of some type of discharge coming from my penis and anus and have been getting it ever since.  Although it seems to be either clear or mostly clear, it smells absolutely awful.  I have also been getting pains in my urethra and epididymis along with some type of growth on my anus.  I was a habitual marijuana user until I got this because that and alcohol both seem to irritate my symptoms.  I have been freaking out for about the past 6 months and went to the doctor twice in the early stages of my disease but I think that I was just not having an outbreak at the time that i made those visits.  I have also had a loss of appetite and a bunch of people have been asking if i have lost weight, even though i have not according to the scales.  My question is do you think I could have something bacterial going on or would it be worse like a viral std such as herpes?  Thank you for your help

I also seem to get a red rash that appears after i mastorbate that is on the tip of my penis, along with an irritated end of my urethra. Sorry i forgot to add those symptoms in there.

It could be many things, if it is STD related it could ne NGU. Have you tested? If not I would see a Dr for tests. What did your Dr say about what is going on?

Your anal area has nothing to do with anything you could have gotten.

I went to a free std clinic and got treated with azithromycin i believe and it did the trick for a couple of days and then i got symptoms back.  I visited there again and they did not test me and told me that the symptoms were all in my head.  Is there any way that my symptoms could be from the cut on my finger? I actually have scheduled an appointment for tomorrow so I'm hoping all is well I appreciate all of your help.
