Dear Doctor,
3,5 months ago i had protected oral and vaginal sex from a window lady in RLD ,Amsterdam. 20 days ago i stared wandering if i had std i dont know why maybe i started a serious relationship.Concentrating too much on my penis ,i started squeezing daily a pimple or maybe not a pimple but wen on my penis, which i do time to time for many years,it has a bit solid white substance in it which eveytime i pull it out in time it occurs again not a new thing. By squeezing it daily while examining my penis i started to fell a little pain on the head ,and then i concentrated more because by time i became std fobic.That driven anxiety a lot , i stared to panic and find myself everytime like i had a pee and strecth tight my penis area like trying myself not to pee , muscles i mean and in al little while i feel i had a feeling that it was aching while peeing and also in other times in normal living.I used to have such symptoms before for years but i didnt care much,some pain while ejacuating or peeing time to time .3 days ago while  peeing i dont know why maybe because of burning feeling i paniced and stop and some of the pee went back and then i squeze my penis holding by 2 fingers up and down side of the  penis root and moved them until the head by applying very much pressure. Then a white  transparent maybe clean sperm like liquid came out with the pee and i am scared! After this my penis started aching much more not only while peeing and also while in normal situation.Usually under side of it but sometimes feeling on the head and sometimes till the anus.(used to feel like this time to time but not this strong for some years) Maybe i hurt it or maybe an std? I didnt realize  liquid or redness or wounds or anything before anytime . what if the condom broke without me knowing and i had std or hiv? I dont remember it that way,i removed the condom  but i am not sure what if ?3 days from that day now i feel its healing , less pain,more comfortable peeing.

Dear doctor thank you very much , you really turned me back to life. Doctor do you think I am overeacting?finally thank you a lot for all the answers , but I request your one more advice.I didn't have unprotected sex after the incident , with my girlfriend , for sometime I am recognizing some small redness in my skin and pimples 4-5 in upper area on my left arm and some 4-5 redness on the skin upside of the stomatch. Today I checked my girlfriend and she has also and she said I don't know these are new maybe because of the water we use and as you can guess I am paniced again?could this be a STD or HIV? What do you say doctor am I overeacting or is this a suspicious situation.that was my last question and I won't ask nothing anymore..should I get rid off this obsession or am I right about the sysmpthoms? Regards...

These are not signs of symptoms of an STD. Sometimes when one is worried about the possiblity of an STD they tend to be more aware of genital sensations that they would not typically be concerned about. This is not an STD and you certainly do not need further treatment or testing.  If the symptoms are really troubling you I would suggest that you seek evaluation from your physician.  As I said however, STDs are not a consideration.   EWH

As you said the results were all normal but I still feel little pain not only just urutating but also after  Defection I am a bit Constipated and also I feel little pain while driving car(sitting) , i drive very long distance everyday (200 km).When i drink water a lot i feel mor relax while
Urutating. So doc,  this is not an std? Do I have to go another doc?or is it prostatis?or is it because of anxciety ? After I sequezed I made some harm to penis?when I press the root of the penis by finger hardly I also feel pain,can it be a prostatit related with an STD? Or because  still I gave too much stress?

These test results are all normal.  I doubt that you needed any therapy at all but the treatment you received will not be harmful.  EWH

Dear doctor,
Because i am in a foreign country for job i went to a hospital with good reputation and expensive in order to be well examined (Riyadh). I went to uroligy depatment and doctor examined my genital burning and pain and applied 2 tests.One was urine analysis profile and the other was u/s urinary tract (kidneys and urinary blder). results are: physical exam. color yellow , appearence clear, chemical ex: sp gravity 1.010 - ph 6 - nitrates nill - protein nill - glucose nill - ketone bodies nill - urobilinogen normal - bilirubin nill - leukocytes nill - blood trace ; microscopic ex: uwbc nill , urbc 3-4 , crystal nill - epeithelial cells nill - bacteria nill - mucus nill and other test is: both kidneys appear normal in size, shape and echogenicty without evidence of stone,calculus hydronephrosis or gross mass lesion,and etc sayin ok , urinary bladder outlined smoothly without evidence of calculus or mass lesion , prevoid 165 postvoid 15, prostate measurung 22 gr. Doctor said you are ok and i think you are stressed and need to relax and gave me 1 shot ( 4 piece) Zytromax after and said if the painn gets harder come back in 2 weeks.
Dear doctor can i trust him? What do you think about the results?Before going to doctor you know i had burning while peeing,a unrest between anus and penis , and also while resting i felt pain or burning , a white transparent liquid came out after pee one time,and after all i masturbated and a very watery ,transparent/white, alot volume liquid came out rather than sperm and after that i was bit relaxed less pain and after that i had sex and i couldnt ejacuate not much sperm like again tranparent liquid came out. Then i went to doctor and results are as above. Should i still panic?I am very scared as you now. my pain mostly gone after visiting doctor but not fully, thanks..

Please re-read my answer.  Asking the same questions again and again will not change them.  Your symptoms could possibly reflect the presence of an STD but this is extraordinarily unlikely and far more likely to reflect your repeated self examinations and squeezing.  If you want to be sure get tested.  I am confident the test will be negative.  

Yes I have seen STDs in persons who had UNPROTECTED sex with CSWs in Amsterdam.  Your encounter however was protected.

Dear doctor,
Thank you very much I appreciate very much for the answer.while saying if you have symptoms. I want to get it right.all symptoms I have are burning and aching nothing more, no leakage other than I write,no any redness or wounds on penis.I think after the 4 th day burning and aching is less now. I don't think this should be STD but not sure as I read the symptoms from net. Of course your opinion is the meaningful one. And if this is STD this means condom didn't work?should I  be afraid from HIV?maybe condom broke and I didn't see? That's worse because after Amsterdam I had sex with my girlfriend.should I panic because I am now actually.thank you that was my
last question. And can I ask you if heard anyone transmitted from Amsterdam window ever?thanks again..

Welcome to our Forum.  I suspect that you are over reacting to your exposure over 3 months ago in Amsterdam.  Before I address your specific concerns, let me point out to you that most of the commercial sex workers in the windows of Amsterdam do not have STDs. These are licensed commercial sex workers who, by law, are tested regularly for STDs. Further, even if your partner did have an STD, most exposures to infected partners do not lead to infection.  

In your specific case, the recurring pimple-like lesions you describe sound much like molluscum contagiousum.  I would urge you not to repeatedly continue squeezing this lesion as this can lead to local secondary infection.  If or when the lesion recurs again, please see a dermatologist who can take care of this for you.

Regarding your burning on urination, this sort of symptom is notoriously unreliable.  Sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.   The sort of burning you describe is often a result of such concerns.  Perhaps this was a contributor to your situation.  Furthermore, a small amount of urethral discharge is normal for men an can be expressed if a person squeezes or examines themselves carefully.  Repeated self examination can make such normal secretions worse.

If you have symptoms, my advice is to seek testing by an experienced clinician.  I anticipate that you will find that you do not have an STD. EWH
