hi i had intimate encounter with a girl a met on a monday.  we used protection but we did kiss and she also gave me oral for about 10 seconds.  i noticed she was quite dry as well durning intercourse.  the next day my penis was sore and also when urinating seems to burn a little.  i also feel a little burning sensation in my throat and chest.  These symptoms appeared the next day and now its been fours days and have same symtoms but a little less

A condom  means it's not likely to be a std.( 10 secs of oral isn't likely to transmit anything either )  Sounds more like just irritation than anything but if you are concerned - see your provider for further evaluation.

what about the burning in my throat and tongue it started the next day still feel it seems like a little less though.  I still also have burning when urinating im just quite scared never felt this before and happens the next day of meeting someone

im just wondering if it could be a std such as herpes or any other.  I still have the symptoms of a slight burn when urinating at this started the next day from intercourse as well as burning in the throat and tongue.  Its been five days and have been worried so i will go see my doctor.  Just wondered if the burning throat is a symptom of any std since we did kiss for a while on the lips and breasts

You can not get an STD from kissing-mouth or breasts.

It could be any number of things, and you can keep telling us about your symptoms, or you can go see a doctor.  

I know I sound harsh, but we are not able to diagnose you over the internet - no one can.  All we can do is offer suggestions, and the suggestion is to see your doctor.  I'm sure that's not what you were looking for, but you used a condom, so its not likely to be an std.

Maybe, its not very likely though.

And a sort of whitish tongue isn't likely to be yeast.
