need some info please

I have a one pimple like bump in my pelvic area..a month ago it started out as a raised small skin colored bump that never broke the skin. N stayed there the whole mnth.. Two days ago I noticed that it has turned into a shape of a pimple with a white head...I pulled the white puss out didn't pop it..its just the one bump it doesn't itch n its pink...does this sound like Hpv or any other std? Answers are greatly appreciated

Bumps are so many different things, it's best to see a Dr. Most of the time they are non-STD related.
