neosporin heals herpes sores? or no?

Hello, I thought i started a thread in her somewhere but i couldnt find it, sorry!

i have a new question regarding neosporin:

heres what happened: i had 3 sores healing on my penis... undiagnosed by a proffesional, I had treated them as flat warts with vinegar for diagnoisi and treatment, it seemd to work great, they all fell off. they left red ulcerish sores underneath.  note: herpes never got ruled out. (finally went to doctor and he fihured warts, not herpes.)

so i put neosporin on the biggest sore, a lot and with a bandaid repeatedly, and it healed very well with very little yellow, mostly whitish red splotchy center, no wetness or oozing. it dried up very quick and nice and is almost healed completely in a few days. except for looking ulcerish it never showed any other sign of possibly being a herpes sore.

the other two i did not use neosporin and they are taking their time. following a long hot tub soak they accumalated yellow in the center, which eventually fell out, then cam back again, they oozed a little something reddish (blood?). now i am using neosporin on them too.

since neosporin is ANTIBIOTIC and does not heal anything else like viruses (just keeps things moist) would that help rule out herpes? and impy that i did an acid burn on my skin under or around the wart. note: these things were FLAT and THIN. didnt take much to get them off. baby warts i think.

btw:

a) the acetic acid test showed what looked like little cauliflowers with irregular shapes, kind of like little continents, no... like ice shelfs/flat icebergs that fell off antartica, rising up just a little above the surface, with the cauliflower top.

b)i have had no pain at all the whole time

c)and the symptoms started over 30 days after sex.

is the neosporin telling me to relax about having maybe HPV AND HSV?

i prefer JUST HPV

you asked this on the herpes forum too. we perfer that you just use one forum or the other for herpes questions, not both . thank you.  Of course you've also asked it on at least 1 other forum besides medhelp too.

Neosporin is not going to rule anything out, you need to stop trying to self treat and self diagnosis and see a Dr. Self treating is never recommended. What if you do have herpes do you really want to spread it to someone else? Go to a Dr.
