non specific urethritis

the story goes.
had burning, yellow discharge, protected vaginal, unprotected oral. the female i was seeing did orgasm over my penis, i was wearing protection every time though. So i went to the doctor got treated with antibiotics shot and 5 day course of doxy..swab was taken of my first infection and diagnosed with non-specific urethritis. symptoms then went away after the antibiotics course. the female got treated with antibiotics and her doctor only by eye said there was something like chlamydia visible in vagina..  the day after my course of antibiotics for NSU i got my "modjo" back and masturbated about 2 times a day for next 4 days or so, then the same girl was fallacious on me 2 more times the next few days. after this mild symptoms recurred, but no discharge, only discomfort when passing urine, burning happens at end or immediately after urine has passed sometimes mildly at start or during as well, mild burning only lasts for less than a minute easy much milder than first infection was, it is itchy inside my penis shaft immediately after passing urine..until it settles about half hour later or so.. went to doctor again and now they are assuming its urinary tract infection this time..maybe from bacteria in females mouth. this is where im confused. im on amoxycillin + clav av.
is it still the same NSU and its just recurring because i did not leave my penis alone straight after 1st course of antibiotics was finished??
i am on different meds now, so shouldnt i be on the doxy, same as first infection??
or do i have some other form of sti..i know everyone's situation is different but if you know anything about this any comments would be greatly appreciated..
thankin in advance

He might be thinking that you have NGU, which the meds you were given should help.  If it doesn't, you should definitely get a prostate exam.

But never hesitate to voice these concerns with your doc.  Ask WHY he is giving you certain meds, etc.  This is your body, and you need to know these things.  If a mechanic was doing something to your car, wouldn't you want to know why?

You should have your prostate checked, especially if your urine shows any white blood cells.

thats the thing the first course of antibiotics seemed to get rid of it, then she gave me 2 headjobs 5 days or so after the meds.. and now this burning/discomfort when urinating especially in the morning, else if i dont tense pelvic muscles at end of urination urine will leak out slowly towards end for a good 10-20 minutes after feels funny and very very slow leakage.
im confused as to what is wrong, i am awaiting recent urine test results from 2 days ago.....

Have you had any other testing done?

This could just be a recurrence because the original meds didn't take care of it.
