not sure chylamida gonorrhea, help

I had sex with a girl on the 12th of June, and I wore a condom. However, during intercourse my condom broke and I pulled out immediately, but did continue to have sex later with another condom on, and had no issues. About two weeks later my urine felt like it had an extremely mild burning/tingling sensation. So I was able to get amoxicillin 500 mg and took that for 3 days with no real change, and then took azithromycin 500 mg one day and 1 gram the next just to be safe. I have not had a test nor am I able to get a test because i am in a remote location now. In addition, my testicles have begun to feel uncomfortable, my penis sometimes tingles, and there seems to be a pressure behind the base of my penis ,and a very mild discomfot to peeing that I would not really classify as burning. The thing that confuses me is that I do take pro-hormones and did have testicular atrophy while on the supplements, and my testicle symptoms started about 2 wks after I stopped taking my testosterone stuff. Is it possinble that the pain in my testicles is justthem returning to their approriate size? Should I just try to take a week of doxycycline or 3 days of cipro? Or is this all psychosomatic and I'm just freaking myself out, because I have had l4-l5 disc problems before??? I just need some guidance because there is no way i can get labs for a few months and I need my serenity.

Oh and if you are an active soldier right now, isn't there a base doctor that you can see?

I don't know what pro-supplements are, but if they change the size of your testicles, that's a sure sign you shouldn't take them.

I'd wait a week or so, see what happens, and go from there.  The azithromycin will cure chlamydia, but wouldn't cure gonorrhea.

I don't know how long it will be until you can see a doctor, but I wonder how remote you are that you have internet access.
