HI, I'm 14 years old and i have these bumps on my scrotum, underside, and shaft of my
penis
Cancer - penis
Curvature of the penis
Penis care (uncircumcised)
Penis pain
.theyre evenly spaced out and some have hair growing out.sometimes they itch on the underside.they dont pop.could these be
sebaceous
Birthmarks - pigmented
Hair follicle sebaceous gland
Sebaceous cyst
prominence?im kinda scared...

glands are normal. You can get a cyst though that should be checked by your doctor. Google them and see what you think.
