HI, I'm 14 years old and i have these bumps on my scrotum, underside, and shaft of my penis.theyre evenly spaced out and some have hair growing out.sometimes they itch on the underside.they dont pop.could these be sebaceous prominence?im kinda scared...

But if you haven't had sex, its not an std, so you need to post in the men's health forum or the dermatology forum.

No, sebaceous glands are normal.  You can get a cyst though that should be checked by your doctor.  Google them and see what you think.

It could be.  Its not an std if you've never had sex.  You should get it checked though if it itches.
