oral sex an scared

here is my situation i had unprotected oral sex!! with another male i do not know if he had any stds of anything or like that but im concerned about my health now there was no ejaculation involved!! i dnt really remember pre-*** bein involved! so two days later i felt burning after urination i got scared and went to the clinic and got tested for chlamydia and gonnorhea (Gonorrhea) both came back negative the burning soon left after bein on bactrim and now i think im having burning in my mouth it feels kind uncomfortable do anyone know what this could me well its been a month sice the oral sex situation can anyone tell me what this could be am i over reacting??

It's not no risk but it's low risk thatyou contracted a std from this.  You've followed up on things at this point appropriately. If you continue to have burning in your mouth, return to your provider for further follow up. You could even have a fungal infection from the bactrim at this point too.
