2. can i get HIV if his hand had been expose to the precum fluid and then he gived me a hand job?

now. i'v being so worried and very anxious. i have constant fatigue, i dont know wheter i have swollen lymph gland or not, my stomach is upset, are those hiv acute symptoms?
i have tested my self after 3 weeks exposure and i get NR. i want to ask also about accuracy of my test?
thank you for the answer.

Sorry, there was a typo.  The statement should have read "Your persistent symptoms are in NO way suggestive of HIV".   EWH

Thank you Doc,
about my symptoms, as you said that was more suggestive because of my anxiety. Do anxiety cause stomatch upset like a feeling of wanting more frequent bowel movements and soft/watery/loose stool?

Sorry, I was rushing.  6-8 weeks, not that you really need it from a medical perspective. EWH

Welcome to the Forum.  I'll be pleased to answer your question. I also note that you have asked some of the same questions on the International HIV forum.  I am confident that you will get the same answer from them.  Going straight to your questions:

1. can i get std?

Oral sex is an inefficient way to transmit STDs.  there is no evidence that HIV is acquired as a result of receiving oral sex.  Of the bacterial STDs only gonorrhea and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are transmitted through receipt of oral sex; chlamydia is not and without an obvious sore or lesion on your partner’s mouth, the chances of syphilis and herpes is likewise tiny.   If you had gotten gonorrhea or NGU you would most likely develop symptoms of urethritis (penile infection).  Even if your partner had an STD (any STD and it is likely she did not), most exposures do not lead to infection.  I would urge you not to worry. If you are worried, you could go to your local STD clinic or health care provider to be tested at this time.

2. can i get HIV if his hand had been expose to the precum fluid and then he gived me a hand job?
No, HIV is not transmitted through masturbation, even when you get your partner's secretions on you.

Your symptoms are more suggestive of anxiety than of anything else and are not suggestive of HIV.

Your HIV test at 3 weeks would detect over half or recent HIV infection but is not definitive.  That should not matter since the exposures you report did not put you at any risk for HIV.  If you feel you must test for HIV, a test at 6-98 weeks will be definitive proof you did not get HIV from your no risk exposure.
