oral sex

i had unprotected oral sex with a girl and the next day i had the urge to pee all the time.  i have had no std symptons like burning while peeing or a discharge of any sort.  i immediatley went to a doctor the 2 days later and they gave me azithromycin (1gr).  on the 7th day i had sex with a different partner and i know this person wasn't infected with anything and i still had to pee like the next day.  what do i have.  i have taken 2 tests and they both came back negative but one doctor said i probably had ngu.  can some one help.  i have no symptom of std's except the urge to pee all the time. (no burning sensation)

normal mouth flora isn't always so normal in the urogenital tract.

also just the irritation of receiving oral might be irritating too.

at this point see your provider for a urine sample as well as a prostate exam.

STD symptoms take at least 2 days. Never heard of trich in someone's mouth.

but this happened right after the women performed oral sex on me.  the doctor told me i probably had trich or some germ in her mouth made be pee all the time.  i got treated and everything was fine.  a month later i had oral with this particular girl again and had to pee right away afterward.  i heard you cant have symptons that quick if it were a std. is that true

this is not going to be STD related...negative tests would be valid. NGU you would have discharge. I suggest seeing a uriologist.
