I m male 45.I had oral sex 75 days back ,in which somebody took my tool inside mouth,but i never touched any part of the other person.,After fifteen days i observed blood in semen then after a month blood in urine ,no stone found in ultrasound,my throat was  sour for 15 days still it is fully cured.
          Urine drips after urination which is old problem ,
Do u think i have STD.

Thanks i m amazed by ur fast response/and yes i have to push up the scrotum after urination to take out all the urine.Let me do the cystoplasty to find out cause of blood in urine. Thaku very much , I m 100% satisfied

Urine dripping is actually normal for many men and I doubt that gonorrhea from 20 years ago would have anything to do with urine dripping.

Urine dripping (I actually have it myself) is because of some muscle. If you push up on the area just after your scrotum after you urinate it will push out any extra urine and you should not have any dripping after that. But you have to do it each time you urinate.

Dr.told me that i might have Gonorrhea,as urine drips after urination and suggested  cystoscopy ,uroflowmetry,and told me that Gnorrhea is becos u had relation 20 yrs back with a female,so ur urethra is narrow.
But thanks a lot my doubt of recent STD is solved

Blood in seman and urine is not a STD symptom. I would follow up with your Dr on this issue.
