oral something

OK here goes. I been posting in the hiv section but everyone keeps saying HIV can't be spread through oral but I still don't know anyways here's the story. I was out of town for work got a blowjob from a prostitute, she had false teeth so she took them out and wham. It only lasted about 5 minutes I wouldn't stay hard cause of guilt I guess anyways I felt so guilty from what I done but 2 days later I seemed that my semen was thick and clotty it wouldn't shoot out like it usta and on day 5 I had a burn when I pee. So I got home and went to a Dr he ran pee test I told him what happened never lied and he said everything was negative but still gave me shot of penicillin and zithromax. 2 days later it was still there so I went again and still nothing so I went to family Dr and same thing nothing so I went to a urologist and same thing all the drs did say that HIV wasn't catchable through oral but this is also me so I'm scared. Anyways the urologist said maybe it was my prostate so he put me on meds and here we are 3 months later and I have soft stools, 3 or 4 tiny almost non noticeable red dots on penis head, still thick sperm and now today I started with a sore throat and a lump in the back of my neck on the right side. I don't know what the hell

many strains of bacteria are becoming resistant to antibiotics .you might want to retest for gono chlamydia and syphillis . to see if you were ever cleared of the bacteria .sometimes it takes different antibiotics or a longer duration and a second course.they generally arent life threatening.but they are not something you want to keep around for a long period of time as they can become more troublesome.try not to obcess on hiv .if you retest for gono and chlamydia you should try not to empty your bladder for at least one hr before your test if you can wait you will get higher  concentration easier to detect. dont know if they test for all types of bacteria when they test for gono and chlamydia.but you might want to ask your md if other bacteria ecoli or uti type overgrowth could be a cause .did she happen to kiss you? just wondering if these could be a cause for sore throat .

HIV not to worry.   Other STDs you're been treated for.  So, keep an eye on what going on and visit your MD.  Be well.
