oral std ?

I received unprotected oral sex a few weeks back from a sex worker,  about a day and a half later I had a dull pain in my right testicle which has not gone away, I don't seem to have any other symptoms, no burning, discharge etc.

Could this be a result of and STD ?

By chance I just finished answering another question that concerned exactly this sort of pain.  Take a look at that thread:

In addition, oral sex is safe sex, with an overall very low rate of any STD (and zero risk for some of them). Any symptoms you might get would only be discharge of mucus or pus from the penis or penile blisters or sores. If nothing like that appears in the next 10 days, you can safely assume you didn't catch anything.
