What are the chances of catching HIV from unprotected sex if the ejaculation was outside, during a one time exposure to someone whose HIV status you don't know?

I know, one catch any of the other STDs, but i thought the HIV virus would be in the pre-*** semen and then in the sperms. If there is no risk of the pre-*** semen and the ejaculation is outside, i just wanted to know the odds of catching HIV
