pain while urinating and yellow discharge

if there's a pain while urinating and yellow substance discharging. what is this infection?

i did my research, i think this is gonorrhoea. but im not really sure.

but if it is indeed gonorrhoea, what is the medicine and prescription?

Yes, gonorrhea sounds like a good bet; or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), commonly due to chlamydia.  Get it checked out TODAY, and for sure don't have sex with anyone until you are treated.

Hope you have been checked out and treated by now.  Several treatments are effective for gonorrhea, if that's what you have--usually a single dose of antibiotic by mouth followed by a second drug to cover chlamydia (which is often present with gonorrhea).

im also taking medicine for that infection accompanying it. "chloea" something...
