pee still in urethra?

about a month ago i had unprotected now a week ago with the same partner but this time i used a condom. After a day passed I went to pee and after i was done it felt like the was pee in my urethra and now and again i get the same feeling but it seems to be an itchy feeling, like a warm itch, or sometimes it feels like my penis is leaking but its not. I drank tons of water trying to pee it out but it won't move. what could this be? i masterbated (trying to get th feeling to go) and my sperm was lightly yellow  and the feeling is still there. what does that mean? i plan on getting a check up but before i do if you guys have any help or advice please share!!!

It could be chlamydia, not to scare you or anything but I had symptoms after a month when I got mine.
Explain the symptoms to your doctor.
He may be able to treat you before you get the results back.
Try and use condoms from now on until you two are monogamous.

Best of Luck.

Being that it is 1 month ago it would be unlikely that this is a STD, but has a very outside shot of being one.

The itch could be something but not heard of that feeling you are having about urine being realted to a STD. See a Dr and explain symptoms.
