peeling skin on penis bulb

Help,

My skin is peeling on my penis bulb.  I have not had sex for over six weeks. I've got no burning sensation when I urinate. This all started about a week or so ago, when the shaft of my penis started itching like crazy. This went on for a few days then stop, however, now the skin near the bottom half of my penis bulb has begun to peel off and has become extremely sensative and red.  There is also a small area were my foreskin folds over were the sking is thin. Help

Sounds like a fungal infection.  You should see your doc to make sure.
