penile tingiling and itch

yes hello doc i had sex with a diffrent partner on x mas and 3 days after i have had some tingling on my penis and some itch i have no signs of herpes no bumps nothing i would like to know what do you think about that and or what can you tell me about it is been 6 days since the day ive had sex

You should get this checked out.  Is the itch and tingling internal?  If it is, you might have chlamydia or NGU.

the itch is right under the head of my penis and the tingiling is there to ive checked  i have no bumps nothing and when i use the restroom its doesnt burn

Under the skin or on the skin?  

If its under the skin, and you feel the tingling from inside, you should see your doctor.  This could be chlamydia or NGU.

If its on the skin, you might be getting something that hasn't shown yet, or you might just have some anxiety or are getting jock itch or something.
