penis opening

Am having like a dark brown color around the opening of the penis. This color is with me since 8 years. And i didn't ever have sex. Is this an STD and from where i get it.

From the description, it clearly isn't an STD; no STD causes an appearance like you describe, and certainly none would cause an unchanging appearance for 8 years.  It's probably just a variation on normal anatomy and pigmentation.  But for reassurance, see a dermatologist.

No, a complete blood count (CDC) will give no clues about current or past STD.
