penis pimples 10-15

Penis sores on my shaft, 10-15 single pimples that have formed on my shaft and then break in the center to form a small crater, red in the center then scab over. They are painful to rub up against, duration is less than one week. all seem to be broken now. Had unprotected oral sex with four different women, latex condom vaginal sex with one of them and lots of sex with my wife the week before last. Wife has no symptoms, I traditionally develop very dry penis after a week of a lot of sex and one time did develop a yeast infection from my wife after a weeks vacation two years ago. This is different. I was taking Cialis for the week and I am latex sensitive, hands break out get very dry. They look like individual pimples that break in the center causing a sore crater that scabs over. Concerned

Again, 5 days post encounter is consistent with an initial herpes outbreak.
Outbreaks can take many forms, it's an unusual virus.
I'm by no means saying you have it, but in my opinion you need to visit a clinic because herpes simply can't be ruled out here.
It certainly could just be a coincidental irritation but diagnosis over the internet is impossible.
Good luck!

Not sure how soon they popped up, 5 days?  I was very red and irritated next day after the use of the condom, but that passed pretty quickly.  They are not clustered in appearance, they are separate lesions.

Unfortunately what you describe is a bit of a red flag for genital herpes.
You will need to let a doctor see them and if any fresh ones crop up get it swabbed within 48 hours.
For a conclusive blood test you unfortunately will have to wait 3 months.

Although oral sex and protected vaginal sex is usually low risk, there is still an element of risk and you may well have been unfortunate to pick something up.

How soon after the sexual encounter did they appear?
