No, PID is an infection of a female's reproductive organs. It is caused by chlamydia or gonorrhea that is not treated. So a male can pass chlamydia or gonorrhea on to the female, but cannot give her PID or have PID.

But if a female had PID or any other sexually transmitted disease, she should not be having sex until it is treated. Same goes for males.

Pid is treated with antibiotics.
