pimple like bumb above penis

I have this pimple like bump above my penis right at the top of my pubic area.  It hurts and is a good size.  I have gotten this bump three times before in the exact same spot or very close by.  It hurts when I first get it, then I usually pop it and white puss accompanyied by blood comes out.  After that it gets smaller and then finally goes away for awhile.  At first I though it was an ingrown hair or maybe a pimple.  I have been sexually active with two people and have not used protection with either.  I have been seeing both for awhile so from what I know and what they told me they are clean. I am not sure if it is an STD or not, I am afraid to get checked, but the two females I have been with have no syptoms (symptoms) of anything, except for one of them she got a huge bump which she thought was a pimple, she ended up going to the doctor because of the pain, and the doctor said it was an absist and they popped it and gave her some medicine.  They told het it could be from her shaving, but she has not gotten it back since.  It really is a bother, what could it be.  I only get one bump and usually in the same area if not the same.

Sounds like a pimple to me, but you should get it checked.
