please help bump on penis

I had a bump on penis head that appeared a month ago and went away when I took antibiotics I had a herpes test and came back negative it came back it doesn't hurt and is not a sore, please help

I've been taking antibiotics and wiping the bump with alcohol and it is going down I'm not sure what it is

Molluscum, maybe, but chances are you would be having more of them (same with herpes, but you tested negative).  (This is a tough one).  I highly doubt cancer by the way, as this is not the way it usually manifests itself.  It could bs Lichen nitidus?  I would go back and have the doc take another look while it's active again.

Its not a genital wart the doctor said it didn't look like one. Its a smooth bump on my corona its not wart shaped or a sore its about half the size of a pea.

Maybe HPV genital warts??? But since you say antibiotics and HPV is viral that leads me to think just plain old irritation or an allergic reaction of some kind!?  What were the size, color, texture, number of, locations of these bumps on the tip?
