please help! itchy above penis
I noticed a small red spot only above my penis 2 days ago and thought nothing of it. Now all above my penis is itchy, there looks like my skin (where my pubic hair is) is kind of.... "breaking up"? i dont know, it looks like tiny small pieces of yellowish crust, very tiny pieces right where tghe hair folicles start.

You would have to see a Dr. Spots and things like that can be many things often not STD related. But only a Dr is going to be able to tell you what it is or what it might be.
