Well burning while urinationg can be from gonorrhea or chlymida. But if the pain has stopped then it is not an STD. STD symptoms do not come and then go.

Is it pain or burning while urinating?
Discharge is something that will come out of your penis...

I hate to go against a Dr but you could have an STD with the symptom of burning while urinating. STD's do not cause all the symptoms possible...discharge is the most common symptom.
So it is possible, have you had unprotected sex?
