I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Well, a little information can be a dangerous thing, because it can easily suggest a problem where there is none.

Oral sex is very low risk.  Has your girlfriend been with anyone else?  If so, she should also test.

TesQu makes some awesome points.  Its been 4 years.  You've had no symptoms.  It was oral sex.

Your risk is really incredibly low.  Its certainly not nearly high enough to be worrying about it 4 years later.

No. Dont take antibiotics without a doctors prescription. Few reason: its dangerous, it may not cure a STD related issue (if theres even one to start of with), and a wrong dosage means you body will get more immuned towards any future potential future virus attack that need antibiotic to cure.

do urself a fav, go see a doctor if u r in doubt. Ask prior visiting to seek if they are STD specialist (or at least someone familiar with STD)

but as a note, a BJ is relatively low risk esp for a single exposure. And your penetration sex, it does post a risk but she's a known person in your life.. and its already been 4 years so chances of you having no symptoms so far is a good sign, while a single exposure is also low.. you get a low+low risk = ??? ..

however, if u are worried then there's no harm doing a test and have your mind settle and life goes on.

Yes, but to cover yourself for stds, you are going to have to take a lot of antibiotics.

I don't know a lot about the health care system in the Philipines, but maybe you could go a couple towns over and test and that way your parents won't know?

Your parents don't have to know that you went to the doc, unless you are still on their insurance.  In fact, other than them getting something from the insurance company, it is illegal for your parents to know.  Not only because you are an adult, but because there are laws about sharing medical info with others.

If you are in the US, why not go to a planned parenthood clinic or your local std clinic?  Canada and the UK also have std clinics.

most STD has symptoms but they are few that might pass your mind for other infections (insect bite, general rash etc)

A single exposure poses low risk, but if your little advanture when u were 18 yo was some time ago, then a test now will be highly accurate obviously. You had sex with or without condom? if with, then u are pretty much having nothing to worry.

well covered STD test will incl:
    * Chlamydia
    * Gonorrhea
    * Hepatitis B
    * Herpes (genital)
    * Syphilis
    * HIV

Chlamydia is one that can hv no symptoms, and a urine/swap will give a accurate result. Its easy to cure. The rest (maybe except Hep B) pretty much will show more obvious symptoms in the long run...

Do you have any symptoms?  How old are you now?

Things to look out for are discharge, sores, pain when you pee, etc.

If you are concerned, you should get tested.
