Bumps can be many things - folliculitis, pearly papules, pimples, a fungal infection, warts, herpes, dermatitis, etc.  Since we can't possibly diagnose you over the internet, you need to see your doctor to figure out what is going on.

If you have pain, you need to see your provider.  You were at soccer and I assume you were working your butt off so it might just be something completely normal but if it's still there tomorrow or gets unbearable - see your provider.

Also don't hesitate to call your provider and say - hey when I was there the other week I asked you what these white bump thingees are and you said they were normal , do you mind telling me exactly what you think they are because even though you said not to worry, of course I am.

Its an antibiotic.  Who advised you to take this?

If its not your doctor, then don't take it and just suck it up and go to the doctor.
