possible herpes exposure

I visited a massage parlor and got more than a massage. When I walked in she kissed me on the lips. Then during the massage she licked my anus. Then she gave me unprotected oral. My real brain didn't kick in until we were done and I asked her if she has herpes. The language barrier didn't help but I think she understood  and said she didn't have it. But assuming she does have herpes 1 with no visible signs. What are my chances of getting anal herpes vs oral herpes.
I should mention that I have been tested negative for both 1 and 2 with herpes select. I never had a cold sore. Would the virus go to all three locations or the mouth because thats it's typical choice?

The odds of catching herpes from any single exposure to someone's mouth--whether oral (kissing), genital or anal--is extremely low.  Any of those sites could be infected if exposed, but the odds are slim.  If you don't develop symptoms (painful sores), you can assume you are home free.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
