possible std?

ive been a little worried for about a few weeks now, i dont know if im just worrying myself or if it could be something.
for the past few weeks ive had a slight sensitivity on the very tip of my penis and i guess you could say it feels funny, for lack of a bewtter word. there is no burning when i pee except for maybe my pee feels hotter than usual and no discharge that i can see during the day. sometimes in the mornning i have a few small spots of what looks like a seamen crust but thats all.my last girlfriend was the only one i had unprotected sex with and i was tested and all came back neg.i havent had sex with her in about 3 months and this is just recent like 3-4 weeks. one more question, is rubbing your penis on a womans vagina not in, enough to get an std? i have done that with another girl but all my intercourse hase been with pritection.

It sounds like you have mild urethritis, suggestive of chlamydia, NGU, or (less likely) gonorrhea.  However, you don't say what you were tested for.  If not for gonorrhea and chlamydia, be sure and get those tests.  Otherwise, follow up with the provider who tested you before and follow his or her advice.

STDs can be acquired by genital aposition, without penetration, but it is somewhat unlikely.

i also forgot to mention that i usually feel like i have to pee very soon after i urinate and i guess somewhat often. sometmes i get a tingle after i urinate to.
