protected oral and scrotum sucking

a week ago I recieved oral sex with a condum from a girl. She also sucked on my scrotum several times. What is my risk of Herpes and Syphilis for her putting her mouth on my scrotum?

I am also concerned about scabies. I was only at her place for about 20 min. I was naked on top of her bed only.

What STD risks do I have?
