protected sex

I had protected sex with a prostitute last night, the condom did not break, so what is the risk for me to be infected with stds? and do I need to be tested?

no real reason to test for anything unless you just need the peace of mind since you don't have a regular partner you don't want to take anything home to.

thank you for your help, but I have read from some volunteers(like Vance2335 and Aelly) in this forum that protected sex reaaly has no risk and there is no need to worry about. right?

protected sex is a risk for herpes, hpv and syphilis. we don't recommend routine testing from a one time encounter unless there is a regular partner at home to protect.
