pubic hair bump

I have this weird feeling bump in my pubic hair area its getting bigger. Its under the skin and when it first came i thought it was a pimple so i squeezed it and puss kinda stuff came out. now after about a week it's gotten kind of crusty around the bump. Im kinda scared and and nervous. The only time its painful is when i put pressure on it. Is it herpes or a pimple or a cyst... PLEASE HELP

I think it is a pimple, but you can go into the herpes community and ask this question there. They will have better info on herpes.
