question about gonorrhea/chlamydia

Hi, I'm 31 years old and I had unprotected oral sex with a woman's whose STD status is/was unknown to me 2 weeks ago. About a week later I was a bit nervous about work and about the encounter and I noticed for the first time in my life a bit of transparent liquid with my stool. This stool with liquid only happened twice. It was odorless.

My question is whether the effects of gonorrhea/chlamydia occur where the virus entered the body. In other words, if I received oral sex shouldn't the effects of gonorrhea/chlamydia happen on my penis? Or can the effects occur in the form of anal discharge?

I will get tested at some point in the future, but just wanted to know. Thank you.

Thanks Vance. I suspected as much. The anxiety of the possibility of having an STD is terrible. Thanks again.

It would be at the penis, not anal area
