questions about oral gonorrhea

I performed oral on a guy. It's been 80 days from exposure. I was okay for 80 days.
4-5 days ago I had a terrible flu, and my throat was really bad, and still it is.
Today I see an Ear, Nose & Throat expert and he said it's about my pharyngitis and sinusitis.
But I didn't tell him anything about my oral exposure.
Should I see a doctor again?

No, oral sex is low risk and your flu or whatever doesn't make me think you have oral gonorrhea.
