rape

I was Raped On June 10 2007
I was diagnosed with genital herpes...
I had a bacterial vaginal infection... treated with antibiotics
turned into a yeast infection..treated with prescritption anti fungal cream
went away for a fewish weeks
And now the itching is back
syphillis, gonareaha, and clymidia test results where neg
7week hiv, hep wher neg

WHY? Never Had these Probelms Before and Never had Sex before this... 17 years old

Stress can have a huge influence on repeat yeast and bacterial infections, and if being raped isn't 'stress' I don't know what is. Both your body and mind have been terribly shook up and will take time to settle and heal. Counselling is vital to help you get you body and soul happy and healthy. You will get yourself back and find your body and sex a source of pleasure. Hang in there.

UM i doubt its hiv, most people test pos at 6 weeks or even 3 weeks. Um i think u can be sure u dont have hiv. but check again in 6 weeks

I certainly wouldn't suspect hiv just because of all this. Sometimes it just really sucks to be female :(

Do You think these could be happening b/c of hiv??... even though no other symptoms are present and 7week neg test?

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been going thru all this :(  Have you met with a rape counselor at all to work thru that side of things too?

You should return to the doctor to get checked again for yeast and bacterial infections.  Both are common causes of itching and sometimes it's very hard to break the vaginitis cycle once it starts :(

be sure to watch the patient counseling video and read the herpes handbook so you can learn how to deal with the herpes part of this all.
