rash on penis

I have been receivng handjobs at massage parlors for the past few month on modnay I woke up with a rash like bumps on my penis and balls. I went to std clinic and doc tested me for herpes and syphliss 350$$$$$$. Said it might be a fungus or something. Anyone know if I have the rash would the test be positive or was it to soon for test. my last hand job was about 1 week ago and the rash appared 4 days after the last handjob. any chance of hiv?

No way to tell from the description given, but you can bet it's not sexually transmitted. Does the rash itch? It may very well be a yeast infection, which causes some of the same symptoms. I'd try over the counter anti-fungals like lotrimin for two weeks and keep the area dry (zeasorb works great). If that doesn't do the trick, see a dermatologist about possible psoriasis. There are tons of causes for penile rash that are not associated with STDs.
