received unprotected oral

I am a hetro male, 45 married for twenty years. a week ago I received unprotected sex from a transvestite for about 5 minutes. I have no symptoms and no reason to believe that I have contracted anything. my questions are:

1.) what are the odds that I have contracted something.
2.) should I be tested before having sex again with my wife.
3.) would I see symptoms if I have something to worry about.
3.) how soon would that be.

thank you very much

1. oral sex is low risk
2. that is up to you. to be 100% safe yes, but without symptoms good chance you don't have anything, but again that is your call
3. most of the time yes. Gonorrhea about 90% of men show symptoms(2-30 days post), NGU-yes(7-14 days post), syphilis-yes(average 21 days post), herpes-probably.
4) see above
