Have you been tested for Herpes (HSV1 or HSV2)?  That is what it sounds like to me and antibiotics will not help. The next time they appear, go to a gynecologist right away and have the intact boils tested for HSV.   From there, your doc can help you treat the symptoms when they reoccur.

I will ask the herpes expert take a look at this and see what she has to add.

are you going to a dermatologist for this? If not, definitely that's your next step. You might even have mrsa and need iv antibiotics to clear this up.

does your husband have any genital symptoms too?

I know it's a pain but keep going back as these occur to the dermatologist.  At this point it's better in their hands than your gyn so that they can rule out different diseases and syndromes etc.
