red bumps or spots on penis head

hello i have these red bumps or spots that came on the side of my penis head and shaft after i had sex with my girl friend the 2 time they do not itch or burn they have been there for 4 weeks i have used all kinds of creams took yeast infection pills nothing will work she has been tested and has nothing i have been tested and was fine but that has been a few years for me and i have not had any sex during that time till i met her then this is when they came on me i am getting depressed with this any one have any idea what this might be i have never had anything like this thanks.

Your doctor can biopsy this and find out once and for all what it is.

hey aj looks like these things are going away after i started to use desitin maybe it was just a rash but i don't think so cause it has taken to long to go away thanks for talking to me.
