red bump on penis

i have a red bump it starts out itchy and then scabs over after 2 days and its the size of a pen mark or does not hurt but it goes away after a week and comes back about every month or so been to the doctor and got tested but does not know what it is everything came back negative so i got tested again for herpes syphilis gonorra chlymdia and other things dont know what else to do about it.

Does nto sound STD related and with your negative test it is not a STD. Could just be simple irritation or maybe something fungial. Would have to follow up with your Dr, maybe see a dermotologist.
