red bumps in groin area and don't know what they are

i have red bumps in my groinal area and i'm not sure what they are. i've had them for a long time and i'm still a virgin. the bumps don't itch or anything and their red and small.
can anybody help me??

If the bumps have been there for a long time, it is unlikely they are an STD. You are a virgin. There is no such thing as an immaculate infection.

(If you have received oral sex, then Herpes is a possibility but the fact that the bumps have been there for a long time rules it out Herpes as the cause.)

It is possible that they could be molluscum contagiosum. This can be acquired non-sexually. Go see a dermotologist.
